Refund policy

Every order has a two week return window for a full refund.

Returns are at the customer's cost. The outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Where an order shipped under our free shipping offer, that offer is a commercial discount and not a waiver of our shipping costs. If the order is returned, the shipping cost actually paid by Bass Freaks to deliver it is deducted from the refund. That cost is the carrier rate for the destination, shown on the shipping documents accompanying the order.

Returns from outside the European Union are additionally subject to the conditions set out in our Terms of service, including the restocking fee and the shipping and payment charges described there.

Import duties and local taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by Bass Freaks. Recovering them is the customer's responsibility and is handled with their local customs office.
