All orders are shipped by our team within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday are shipped the following Monday.
Instruments and amplification
Free shipping within the European Union.
Free shipping worldwide on orders of €1,999 and over. Prices shown outside the European Union are displayed without VAT, and the €1,999 threshold applies to that amount.
Below €1,999, shipping is calculated at checkout according to destination:
- United Kingdom: €20
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and other non-EU European countries: €80
- Rest of the world: €150
An optional UPS Express 24h service is available within the European Union at €150.
Accessories, strings and pedals
Free shipping within Europe on orders of €60 and over, €9.99 below that. Free shipping worldwide on orders of €120 and over, €25 below that. Pedals ship free within the European Union.
Import duties and local taxes
Free shipping covers transport only. Import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are never included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Free shipping is a commercial discount and not a waiver of our shipping costs. If an order is returned from outside the European Union, the shipping cost actually paid by Bass Freaks to deliver it forms part of the two-way shipping cost charged on such returns.
