The SP1 is Dingwall's take on Leo Fender's blueprint, run through the fan-fret machine. Thinner body profile, alder, passive electronics, and the multiscale fingerboard that keeps tension even from string to string. Same pickup concept Dingwall now uses in the Custom Shop Super P.
